Yoga at Covenant
Yoga can change your life for the better. Each of us has come to Yoga for our own reasons, to reach our own goals, or to help overcome our own challenges.
Join us on the mat to build strength & flexibility for a balanced body, while cultivating calm & focus for a balanced mind. Enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy while you practice. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat and beach towel.
About Your Instructor
Alene Brennan is a certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Natural Food Chef. She supports clients around the world in healing from chronic conditions through diet and lifestyle.
Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2016, Alene knows first-hand what it’s like to live, and rise above, a chronic illness as well as debilitating migraines. She takes an integrative approach to healing through food, yoga and essential oils.
Beginner Yoga: Monday mornings at 11:00 AM
Gentle Flow: Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM

What to expect
Please bring a mat. Don’t have one? We will gladly share one with you.
Please turn off cell phones, and leave them outside the yoga room.
Come on an empty stomach, refrain from eating 2 hours prior to class. And, come hydrated.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class is scheduled.
Please be considerate in the yoga room and refrain from loud conversation– for many students, yoga is their only quiet time all day.
If you arrive late, please set up quietly in the back of the room, in order to respect others during their practice.
Individuals younger than 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
What to wear:
We practice yoga with bare feet, to allow for better stability and to improve balance. Please remove your shoes and leave them outside the yoga room
Wear clothing that is comfortable and supportive, and that you can move easily in.

Class cards are available for purchase
All students will be asked to sign a waiver before their first class.
