Beginners Yoga- Friday 11am
Join us on the mat to build strength & flexibility for a balanced body, while cultivating calm & focus for a balanced mind. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat and beach towel.
Instructor- Barbara Myers "My love affair with yoga began over 30 years ago and will always continue. I love sharing my knowledge with my students. It is my hope that you leave your mat filled with peace, love and a feeling like the person you were always meant to be. My very first class I felt some relief from chronic back pain, so after practicing for some years, I was very interested in pursuing it further. My first certification was only for a weekend and I want to learn more, so after many years of accumulated training and certifications, I continue to pursue more avenues. After all these years of teaching and studying I will continue my life long journey. My latest certification is through Kripalu School of yoga in the Berkshires of Mass. I received a 500 hour certificate. Come and join me in this magical practice of yoga." Namaste
Gentle Flow Yoga- Wed 6:30pm
Instructor Justin Marx- Justin has taught yoga and meditation to all ages since 2005. He has worked with companies such as virtua, Yoga Center of Medford, Blue Deer Yoga, and Lily's Chocolate. Justin also practices sound healing and healing touch. Justin has worked with people recovering from illness including cancer and veterans with PTSD. Justin was also invited to teach yoga and meditation with the United Nations as a yoga PEACE Ambassador. Justin first practiced yoga with his mother Beatrice who passed from breast cancer and he now has a daughter Audrina Beatrice who enjoys dance and movement. Justin is also a painter and poet published in the poetry of yoga anthology. Justin practices prayer and meditation daily.

What to expect
Please bring a mat. Don’t have one? We will gladly share one with you.
Please turn off cell phones, and leave them outside the yoga room.
Come on an empty stomach, refrain from eating 2 hours prior to class. And, come hydrated.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class is scheduled.
Please be considerate in the yoga room and refrain from loud conversation– for many students, yoga is their only quiet time all day.
If you arrive late, please set up quietly in the back of the room, in order to respect others during their practice.
Individuals younger than 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
What to wear:
We practice yoga with bare feet, to allow for better stability and to improve balance. Please remove your shoes and leave them outside the yoga room
Wear clothing that is comfortable and supportive, and that you can move easily in.

Class cards are available for purchase
All students will be asked to sign a waiver before their first class.
